This year, in order they can guarantee

That the amount of terrorism will decline

The Department of State won’t be

Publishing anything that would define

The incidents of terror to any degree

And show the War On Terror isn’t just fine

You can’t criticize numbers that don’t exist

As they hope another policy failure will be missed
